Read More is a form of screamer that appeared when Google+ (now defunct) was introduced to YouTube.
In the first few years of the Google+ integration, links to YouTube videos would be represented by the video's name instead of its YouTube URL. Also, long messages would be cut off after a certain amount of lines, containing a "Read More" at the bottom if the reader wished to display it in full. YouTube trolls quickly found out that they could write a short message without an ending and then paste the URL to a YouTube video with a title like "Read More (12 Lines)", since the "Read More" has the same color as links do.
