OSFirstTimer Blue Scream was a software application developed by Philip Joseph Adams, who is also known as OSFirstTimer. This program was created in the year 2012 and is classified as a screamer application.
It was only given to OSFirstTimer's mom (or mum) on a video called Mum tries out Windows ME (2000) [Prank Included]
