The video features an animation of Loituma Orihime Inoue from the Japanese anime/manga Bleach spinning a leek (which is actually SFW Meatspin parody) with the music Ievan Polkka by Loituma playing in a loop. However, as the animation slowly comes to a stop, a picture of a man's face with Smile.jpg's grin suddenly interrupts the screen, accompanied by a loud scream.
