Keep in mind that the video starts out pretty quiet, and gets quieter as the video progresses, possibly to make viewers want to turn up the volume more.  
The screamer is still surprisingly loud despite setting the volume to low, similar to the [[Rata Bailando]] video that was posted around [[Wikipedia:Discord|Discord]] as a bait and switch prank. The video also starts off quiet and gets quieter as it progresses, most likely tricking users into turning up their volume.
