Gummy With a Twist was a screamer video released on YouTube by the user Fuyumaha. The video begins with the Gummy Bear Song in Hungarian.
The video uses the footage of Gummy Bear Song in Hungarian, but when the video reaches 24 seconds, the K-fee Auto Commercial zombie interrupts the video. Afterwards, the infamous message "Now...Go Change Your Shorts And Get Back To Work!" is displayed.
The video has gotten criticism by the fact that many of the viewers were young adolescents and could be criticized by parents.

Cabbage juice featured a version using the English version of the song (including the advertisment for the album), with the screamer from Ghost Caught on Tape.
