Fred.jpg was a screamer located on a website known as akk.li, where the famous Anne.jpg file was located on, the website is now currently defunct.

The flash animation first shows the bitch's meme (also known as Yao Ming's face) with text written in Spanish, When translated into English, it means: "Once upon a time there was such an ugly man as". The font is displayed as it appears. However, as soon as the sentence contains the word "That", the animation is interrupted by a horrific zombie image with the same scream from What's wrong?. There is additionally an alternate webpage titled Anne.jpg. This website also hosts other screamers such as The Maze, etc.
