inciswf.com/cute.swf is a screamer website created by SparcTec, now known as Zeroxeon. It shows a picture of a cute cat, but after about 7 seconds, it shows a picture of the face from What's Wrong? in yellow along with a loud scream, which is the same scream from Sonic.exe. The website then restarts. It is designed to be sent as a prank.

It has a weird stare. Maybe it knows what's about to come.
