"Amigos tontos" is a video uploaded by the user "panterAzull" on October 26, 2009. It features the Spanish version of the whole song "Idiot Friends" from the SpongeBob episode Pest of the West, but at the end (after some very short credits) a picture of Regan MacNeil pops up along with a very pitch and loud scream.
