Scary Spot the difference - Medium is a screamer video uploaded on June 4th, 2007, by YouTube user wherehasthedaygone. The video has accumulated over 145,914 views since its upload.
The video starts with a text saying: "There are 5 differences in the pictures. See if you can spot them all (Hint the 5th is in the bottom right, look closely)"
It then proceeds to show two images of a black dog wearing a blue hoodie. There is only one real difference between them: If you look at the dog's neck, you can see a white spot on it. However, on the right picture, said white spot is missing. At 0:29 seconds, the same black guy with a wide open mouth and popping eyes from I like bread pops out, with the same scream from the Scary Tic-Tac-Toe game. The image remains on the video for 8 seconds, until it ends.
