Scary or Sad is a screamer video created and uploaded to YouTube on October 3, 2006 by user addisonmay.

The video begins with an introduction text saying "Do you think this is sad or scary?" with Hymn to the Sea from Titanic performed by the late James Horner playing throughout the video. The text then cuts to a montage of playground footages, first one shows a camera sliding down, then climbing on monkey bars, a spring rider wobbling and two empty swings swinging eachother. Just a few seconds an image of Regan MacNeil with devoid eyes pops up with a loud screaming sound and laughing too, the video ends with a text sliding from the right reading out "gothca... MWAHAHAHAHA".
