Waluigi finally found in Super Mario 64 DS (Real tutorial) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user "Jian" on December 30th, 2008.
Description
The video begins with the narrator explaining to the viewer that they finally discovered the unplayable character Waluigi in the platforming video game Super Mario 64 DS, and offering a tutorial on how to unlock him. The viewer is given four steps as noted:

2. Then, take Yoshi and go to the second level of Bob-omb battlefield 3. Win the race with Mario's cap under 30 seconds 4. Now take the star and go to the character selection room and enter the white door... |

However, after the last step fades off the screen, an image of Sam (the ugliest dog in the world) pops up with a loud noise, which goes on for fifteen seconds. Afterwards, a mockup screenshot of Waluigi in the game is shown, before the narrator concludes the video with "As you can see, I have unlocked him. Thanks for watching!"
The description in YouTube read "FUCK YOU". The video accumulated over 20,000 views before being privated at an unknown date, but there is a working archive from 2021 on the Wayback Machine.
