Omg.hop.ru is a screamer website created by a Russian user named Wendigo in 2012.
The website’s interface features a blood-stained power button and a text animation prompting the user to "Try It...", accompanied by a looping audio track of laughter. The power button redirects the user to a subpage titled aaa.html which features the "What's Wrong?" face played with a loud echoing scream.
The site contains a hidden hyperlink reading "Made by Wendigo" which reportedly linked to the creator's email address. Archival data from 2012 indicates the domain originally hosted a landing page for the Russian provider centre.re before being converted into a "screamer" portal in 2014.[1]
While searching for the domain via the Russian search engine Yandex, users are often presented with a security warning: "Just don't go here... fear will consume your soul!" In contrast, Google Search results display metadata associated with Mail.ru.[1]
According to Anti-Screamers Wiki, the site uses a script that, after 360 seconds of inactivity, redirects the browser to a legacy Flash file titled z0r-de_332.swf. This file depicts a man in a mouse costume who turns toward the camera before the frame freezes and tints red with the flashing text "I'll Kill You."[1]
A secondary subpage, scary.html features a red dot and instructions in Comic Sans in Russian directing the viewer to stare at the point. A counter in the lower-left corner tracks the duration of the view; upon reaching the number 13, the animation triggers the same screamer from What's Wrong? and resets.
