Pieronka 19 - Reklama Biedronki [Parodia] is a Polish screamer uploaded to YouTube on February 22nd, 2015, by channel KieubasaTV, which is known mostly for voice parodies of Pat & Mat, a stop-motion animated series.
The video depicts one of the episodes of the Pieronka series, a parody of the Polish supermarket chain "Biedronka's offerings". One of the gags is the edited face on the supermarket's logo, which instead shows the Cheshire Smile/Glimpse entity from the SCP-087-B game. This can be seen on the thumbnail of the video. At the very end of the video, the entity's face also suddenly pops up with the same loud scream from The Maze.
