In the UK, we had a guy called Kevin is a video made by chemistryguy on October 31st, 2013 that contains 2 screamers.

The video is a regular YTP of the UK variation of the American show Blue's Clues. But at 2:59 right when the last two notes are played. An up-close distorted photo of Joe from the American version pops up with the same scream from The Maze. Then it continues with the YTP. Not before another screamer comes at the last second when a distorted picture of Duarte from the European Portuguese version accompanied with a distorted roar abruptly ending the video.

The video was reuploaded by chemistryguy on November 1st, 2020 for unknown reasons (Possibly due to the original getting blocked for some time).
