The video invites the viewer to find the "subliminal advertizing" (misspelled as "advertising") behind the looping clip of Joe "Coop/Airman" Cooper eating tinfoil from the sports comedy film BASEketball, and of course, it's not there and the viewer is given a clue: which was located at the tinfoil, However, Regan MacNeil as Pazuzu appears along with a loud scream, Judging by its thumbnail, it already displays the picture and it gives it away.
