The video pretends to be a speedrun record of Super Mario Bros. 3, In the beginning, the creator asks the user to turn up their speakers because his audio quality is crude, then, the footage starts (might be recorded in a flipped phone), but not long after when the video reaches 40 seconds until Mario jumps, a picture of a scratched doll face appears with a loud scream.
