The Screamer Forums will likely remain read only unless it's known that it will be active, since forums in general are kind of dead because of Discord.

Mr. Bean Mr Boombastic EXSTENDED VERSION, with the typo being intentional, was a screamer video uploaded on July 19, 2008, by Tyler Strausser (DeadlyDisease7). The video claimed to be an extended version of a video in which Mr. Bean dances to the song "Mr. Boombastic" by Biggie Cheese, even though Tyler's version was only 28 seconds long.
