1 Girl 1 Knife is a shock video uploaded to X (formerly Twitter) on November 24th, 2023 and hosted on Meatspin.com. The video gained massive amounts of attention when multiple users of the site gave their reactions to the video.

The video itself is a 25-second video of a woman with dark skin wearing a black and white striped shirt, pushing and pulling a long, serrated bread knife blade-first in and out of her vagina. However, she does not bleed, a detail which lead some Internet users to speculate the actions in the video are fake. There is no audio present, except for an iPhone notification sound occuring once.

Not much is known about who the woman in the video is or where it even originated. Meatspin.com later created a site featuring it, which caused the video to be seen by even more people.
