The video pretends to be giving advice about how to stop screamers, but the real screamer is edited to appear at the 1:41 timestamp, as the video hits it, at which point Regan MacNeil appears along with the same scream from the K-fee commercials, except the scream audio is louder even though the viewer has their volume adjusted down, The video ends there, 2 years after it was uploaded, when the author responds to the post, as seen below.
