Lidanude.jpg is a Flash screamer created by Albino Blacksheep on 2005, similar to Jessica Alba Naked and Megan Fox Topless.
When the webpage is opened, a picture of a nude woman lying on a bed starts to load. however, a fake loading effect is applied to trick the user into thinking the image is being loaded. A short time before the whole image is shown, The picture of well-known screamer faces appear one of them being: Pazuzu from Template:Wikipedia, The demon face from the Italian movie Demons and a black man with eyes popping out and tongue sticking out, the slideshow is accompanied by a woman's scream. right after the screamer part has finished, a line of text appears saying April Fools!
