Cookies(Scary Pop out) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by NSRpeeps03.
The video shows a photo (since sharing images on Facebook apparently didn't exist back then) of a patriotic cup of milk and some burnt cookies. After 20 seconds, an eyeless picture of Regan MacNeil pops up with a whispering scream.
