Matsuyama Dokuhara (松山ドクハラ) is a notorious Japanese shock site that was allegedly created by an individual who held deep resentment toward a specific hospital named Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital (松山協和病院). The site masquerades as a hospital review page when in reality, it is filled with disturbing and graphic images.[1]

The term "Dokuhara" is an abbreviation for "Doctor Harassment", referring to alleged "mistreatment" by medical professionals. However, the website does not contain verifiable evidence of any wrongdoing and appears to be defamatory. The site uses aggressive SEO tactics to increase its visibility in search results, misleading people looking for legitimate information about the hospital. There are multiple mirrors of this, making it difficult to take down.

The image at the top of the page was formally an image of Jeff the Killer edited to have multiple eyes,[2] along with nonsensical Japanese text. The rest of the content on the site consists of extreme gore and pornography along with strange/unusual text, fake reviews, and defamatory statements such as: "許さんよ" (English: I won't forgive you), and "この医師だけはやめておけ!" (English: "This doctor is the one you should avoid!").[3]

Images featured

  • A woman's genitalia nailed to a board; her nipples appear to be removed, with large stitches visible on her breasts.
  • A vagina infested with maggots and earthworms.
  • The No Mercy in Mexico video.
  • The FunkyTown video.

  • A man's genitals being eaten by a dog.
  • Various images of corpses, autopsy photos, and other dead bodies.

  • Deepfake memes of creepypastas such as Ahenobarbus Henocied.

There are various mirrors of this site which are likely made by the same creator. This site, along with the search term(s) associated with it, are included in atwiki's "must not search" list, which warns users about shock sites[4], along with other websites advising users to avoid searching for it.[5]

Spread

in January 2025, the site garnered attention on r/OriginalJTKImage, a subreddit dedicated to finding the origins of the Jeff the Killer image. The original poster, u/MattiBoy95, recalled that they were casually searching for Jeff the Killer-related content until gruesome images abruptly filled their screen.

“it explains how the author was disgruntled with a hospital and created an entire shock site in retaliation.”

Well, it sounded like a hospital was 100% needed in that situation…
