Matsuyama is a Japanese shock site that was launched in 2006. The front page depicts an image of Jeff the Killer edited to have multiple eyes, as well as Japanese text. When translated, it explains how the author was disgruntled with a hospital and created an entire shock site in retaliation. The rest of the content on the site consists of extreme gore and pornography. The images have changed a few times on the site.

in January 2025, the site garnered attention on r/OriginalJTFImage, a subreddit dedicated to finding the origins of the Jeff the Killer image. The original poster, u/MattiBoy95, recalled that they were casually searching for Jeff the Killer-related content until gruesome images abruptly filled their screen.
