Baikinman + Balloon was a screamer video uploaded to LuckyStar2019 (also known as SynthIsHere2564 on this wiki.)
The video starts with the 1991 children's anime series, Jankenman episode "Ninja Nyanja and Fukuramasudako" right before 9 seconds, a picture distorted of a kizuna ai with red & black eyes pops up with the same scream from Scary Maze Game 6 (ScaryMazeGame123.com). after screamer, it shows up with the message "Haha Gotcha.".
