The Exorcist: Beginning Movie Promotional Game
From Screamer Wiki

The Exorcist: Beginning Movie Promotional Game is a screamer game made in 2004 for Warner Bros. as promotion for Exorcist: The Beginning.
When the game starts, the player is immediately asked to find the differences, while being advised to adjust the volume to hear the answer. The goal of the game is to identify all of the differences between two almost identical images of a large cross with candles and pillars.
When the player finds the final difference, however, an animation of Sarah appears, followed by an image of The Exorcist
Older version
In the old version of that screamer, it's only closed in Winterrowd find where it shows the same animation of Sarah, followed by two pictures. The first is someone's eyes and it fades into someone's mouth (which is upside down), who appears to be screaming. The picture flickers for a few seconds before it becomes an art cover.
