YouTube, LLC is an American video-sharing website owned by Google and headquartered in San Bruno, California. Three former PayPal employees—Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim—created the service in February 2005.
Basically it is an open site where you can broadcast yourself, as long as it follows the community guidelines.
Screamer Videos
here was also where a wave of screamer videos came out, the most popular being K-fee commercials where in the end there's always a monster with a loud scream in range. Another screamer video practice is to put Regan MacNeil and also Jeff the Killer with flashing light effects at the end.
Because of this, there were many complaints and denunciations about these fake videos containing shouted at the end, there even being reports of people who died of heart attack after falling a video with screamer, which caused YouTube to remove several videos that were fakes and they contained those screamers in the end, although many still create this kind of video.
