Look at the spiral for 20 seconds is a screamer video uploaded in August 14, 2012 by BlueRoseHilbert.
As the title suggests, The video asks the viewer to look at the spiral for about 20 seconds, there is nothing else going on the video, but only focuses on a spiral, However, after 21 seconds into the video, an eyeless person from one of those Dane Boe's scary face appears along with the same scream from K-fee commercials, followed by a text: "Scared???".
