The main page of the site displays an Goatse image edited so that Kirk Johnson is a Navi from Avatar, captioned with "AVATAR GOATSE". There is another link that leads to a video of Kirk Johnson fiercely opening his anus, like he did on Goatse, along with a rock cover of Toxic by Britney Spears plays throughout the GIF, with a caption text stating "Dig right into your own ass that is!", the animation repeats, and loops,
Additionally, there is also a third link that redirects the user to a same video of Goatse Girl, however, the site has been closed, you can only accessed using via. Wayback Machine.
