DefaultSkin.net is a shock site made in 2020, The site is named after Default Skin from Template:Wikipedia. similar to Fortniteburger.net and Spritecranberry.net
It claims to be a poster relating to stop Template:Wikipedia, after a few seconds, it will lead you to the Gay section of pornhub, when the user clicks the button that states "Spread the word. Stop COVID-19." it will still lead you to the same redirect. according to Whois.net, this website has been Registered since March 3, 2020
