Scary Website Screamer 2016 was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user "Henry Ramos" in 2016,
Despite the title, the video starts with a flashing image of Pazuzu from THe Exorcist with a loud, echoing scream starts playing in loop. There is a link to that website (hence the title) in the description, but it has since been removed, and the channel is also terminated.
