Scary Spot the difference - Medium is a screamer video made by wherehasthedaygone. The video has accumulated over 145,914 views since it's uploaded.
The video starts with a text "There are 5 differences in the pictures. See if you can spot them all (Hint the 5th is in the bottom right, look closely)" It then proceeds to show two images of a black dog wearing a blue hoodie.
