Scary Pop Up Turn Up The Volume is a screamer video created by the user randy123404 and it was uploaded in 2010, the words in the title: "Scary Pop up" already gives it away that its a screamer.
The video displays a picture of a forest with flute music playing very softly, it continues for about 15 seconds until a picture of Kayako Saeki appears with a loud scream, interrupting the peace abruptly, it returns back to the image with pure silence, However, the viewer is not prepared for another one: a picture of Regan MacNeil appears along with the same scream that was used previously.
