Blue.gif or known as Mystery Room is a screamer .GIF, the oldest known copy is hosted on TeKZoned. The concept of this is very similar to What's Wrong, it was also called Ghost Photography on Winterrowd.com.
The screamer asks the player to find an error located on a picture of a messy room. After 30 seconds, a ghost girl shows up on the door, speeds towards the viewer and disappears very quickly (although she can still be seen clearly), the animation repeats afterwards.
The GIF was first spread across Indonesia in a WordPress called indocropcircles.wordpress.com, The Screamer itself on this WordPress can be found in some posts about ghosts.
