Pokemon Glitch! Get Dialga + Palkia! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by mtgxerxes on June 13th, 2008.
The video pretends to be a tutorial on how to get a Dialga + Palkia (which are both legendaries) with an assist of Glitch, well, the majority of the video has nothing to do what the title states, at the end of the video, a multicolor zooming image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears with a kid scream, the scream is an extracted clip of Justice's Reaction to The Maze.
