Hypnotise yourself is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user VideosofHeaven on December 21, 2008.
As the title suggests, the video focuses on a viewer to relax by looking on a looping, black and white spiral, while a robotic text-to-speech voice starts telling them to do the steps such as closing their eyes and more, After almost 2 minutes, a picture of a Gollum from Lord of the Rings appears along with a loud, screech (it is still louder even if the volume was under 25%), the video ends with a text: "The End".
