The game first displays the main menu screen containing a picture of a carved Pumpkin smile, a title, and a button, as well as the text, that says that the game is a collection of the creator's favorite Halloween pictures, Upon clicking the button, the player is first shown with drunk pumpkins, one is barfing, the rest of the two pumpkins are dizzy, there are 2 arrows on the left and right side of the screen, which moves on the previous pic or move on to the next picture if the player clicks on the right arrow,
The game lets the player to take a view of his gallery that consist of his favorite, halloween photos, here's all of the pictures described here: Drunk pumpkins, a pumpkin dressed as a scarecrow with his pants open, revealing his rear, a giant pumpkin, and its final picture: Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor.

Halloween Pictures was a screamer flash game made by Jeremy Winterrowd, hosted on his website: Winterrowd.com in 2004, the same year of the infamous The Maze was created, the original site was taken down along with this screamer.
