Cute Cat was a screamer subpage that can be found on section of the original website called "Random", the label: "Cute Cat" was used as a name of the screamer to mislead people thinking the website associates with cats and whatever.
This website contained a flashing picture depicting a close-up of an owl with red glowy eyes, along with a loud scream, not to mention that the flashing picture is not an animation, it was programmed with Javascript to flash in 2 images.
