Hey, Who's That Behind You? is a screamer video created by MarioHeadGuy in October 31, 2008.
It begins with the Mario Head from the PC game Mario Teaches Typing 2 saying: "Hey, who's that behind you?" After the Mario head says that, the infamous picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up as part of the infamous Ghost Caught on Tape video. After the actual screamer, the Mario Head returns and says "Made you look! Made you look! Hahahahaha!" Then, Bowser's laugh from Hotel Mario plays over a freeze frame of the Mario head.
