It contains a video of a black background with some red text "www.BloodShows.com" and the second text stating "the following 2 minutes of video is unlike anything you've ever seen before", while there is music playing. After a short amount of time has passed, the screen cuts to a man covered in feces masturbating. After that, a woman vomiting literal diarrhea on a man covered with his own feces.
