Half Life 2: Episode Three Announcement Trailer is a screamer video created by Valve (A fake account made by POSReady_Gaming), it disguises as an announcement trailer of a cancelled video game Half-Life 2: Episode Three.
Once opened, It shows an image of Vortigaunt along with a looped scream. The scream was used in Winterrowd games.
