Optical Illusion!, known as Little noses illusion is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by VentMagic102.
The video simply shows a kid holding Little noses and stare at the viewer to getting 10 seconds. however, after 50 seconds, a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up with high pitched screams, followed by a monster roar sound effect.
