The particular Fire Kills PSA from the UK, circa 2008 the PSA and it's contained a screamer at the end.

The ad is a shot home video style. It depicts a sleeping man with a cigar in-between his fingers. He's on a couch and was watching television. The camera focuses on the cigar, which has part of it sagging, threatening to fall off. Just as it does, the video cuts to a flaming skull zooming into the screen with the same scream sound effect used from The Maze, before fading to the final message saying: "Fires started by cigarettes kill someone every four days. Put it Out, Right out." the logo shown at the end of an every advert.
