Vote (2018) was a video uploaded to YouTube on November 6, 2018, by Matthew Litttlemore aka animator320 known for creating the series CartoonMania. This short video of Matthew Littlemore encouraging people to vote in the 2018 United States Senate elections. There is a screamer in the video, where 4-5 seconds into the video, the speaker turns into a dragon and roars loudly, before the video goes back to normal.
