The original video depicts an clip of an empty room, and in this video, the clip is played repeatedly with half of the clips played in reverse. As the video progresses, the footage is suddenly rotated 90 degrees. The colors then begin to flash, intensifying the sense of unease and discomfort for the viewer. The footage eventually slows down, and the spinning becomes more intense. The video concludes with footage of Kaldazaar approaching an armchair and pushing the camera off, a scene that was not present in any of Kaldazaar's original videos.

Around the fifteen-second mark, the audio is muted and replaced with Yakety Sax, more commonly known as the theme of British comedian Benny Hill. At the 31-second mark, the footage is suddenly rotated 90 degrees. After around five seconds, the footage then returns to its normal orientation, albeit with a color-changing effect added onto it which remains for the rest of the Yakety Sax snippet. At the minute-and-ten-second mark, the original audio returns and the footage slows down and rotates. The video then concludes with different fotage of Tsimfuckis; the person from the footage shown in the majority of the video, this time laughing while aproaching an armchair and pushing a camera off of it, taken from a separate video in which he kicks a chair.
