Real gnome caught on camera!!! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on December 1st 2010 by user tekronman.
The video starts with the uploader's room or living room where we can see an Xbox 360 with some controllers, and also possibly some games for it and a CD or VHS player in the background.
