Not a Screamer is a seven second screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user americanpsycho93 on March 22, 2012. Although, the whole screamer is spoiled by the title being poorly disguised bait, and the thumbnail showing a picture of Regan MacNeil in her possessed form.
The video starts with Arnold Schwarzenegger saying "I lied..." for the first second of the video. Right after, the close-up image of Regan from the thumbnail pops up, along with a loud scream (which was taken from The Maze along with the Regan image).
