The background is a meadow and there is an animated butterfly flying in the view, getting closer to the camera each second as the deceptively innocuous scenery persists for 14 seconds. However, at the 0:14 second mark, a zombie girl pops up with a dark cloudy storm atmosphere background and with a loud scream.
