Make Yourself Sleep in 40 Seconds is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube on March 27th, 2011 made by TrickTrolled.
The video misleads the viewer into thinking that they are going to sleep in about 40 seconds by staring at black and white hypnosis spiral. After 30 seconds of the video have passed, a scary troll mask pops up along with a echoing scream. It has gotten over 7 million views as of 2017.
