The game features a black path with a light grey background, except for level 3 which has a dark grey background. The objective of the game is to navigate a red dot through the maze. If the player touches the wall, they will be taken back to the Main Menu.

The third level is particularly challenging, as the player must navigate through a black screen using a flashlight. In level 4, a useless sharp line in the middle is added. When the player reaches the middle line, a picture of ''[[Wikipedia:Rawhead Rex (film)|Rawhead Rex]]'' from the titular film suddenly pops up along with a looping scream sound, startling the player.

The player can advance to the next level which can be achieved by reaching a red button that serves as the goal at the end of each level. The first level presents a few narrow corners, which differs from the typical maze game design. The second level introduces even narrower and more twisted-like corners, including a diagonal shortcut. In the third level, the maze turns into a darker color scheme, but players can utilize a flashlight to navigate. The fourth and final level features extremely narrow corners and an extremely thin, challenging shortcut. However, upon reaching halfway through this level, an image of  ''[[Wikipedia:Rawhead Rex (film)|Rawhead Rex]]'' from titular film abruptly appears, accompanied by a looping scream sound.
