OMFG.jpg was a screamer GIF image created sometime in 2012 and was originally hosted on the now-defunct website Akk.li. The file name is bait-and-switch as it fools people into thinking it's a still JPG image and not a GIF. Ever since its creation (much like with other obscure screamers), it has been reuploaded several times and copies of it can be found on various websites.
